Quick Fixes
- Can’t receive replies? In iOS Settings → Notifications → GetDun, enable Allow Notifications.
- Location issues? iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → GetDun → choose While Using the App.
- Sign-in problems? Make sure the system clock is correct and you’re on a stable network; then try again.

How do listings work?
Post a need with tags, optional deadline and budget. Neighbors can offer help or recommend a business. Accept a response to share contact details.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
Email [GetDun Support] from your registered email. We’ll verify and process your request.
Are my contact details public?
No. Phone/email are only shared when you explicitly accept a response and choose to share them.
Report a Problem
When you email us, please include:
- Steps to reproduce
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- App version (in GetDun → Profile → About)
- Screenshots if possible
